Charlotte has a degree in Multimedia Computing from LSBU. She joined the company in early 2017 as a Front of House assistant in the London residencies, and when the full-time customer services role became available she jumped at the chance. Charlotte first developed her enthusiasm for theatre in volunteering for You Me Bum Bum Train’s immersive theatre production as a Scene Leader. Thriving under the unique fast-paced environment that immersive theatre brings, she found her passion.
