Alex Forero is a Colombian-born Australian actor and physical theatre performer based in Australia. He holds a Master of Performing Arts degree from the Superior Academy of Arts in Bogotá (ASAB), where he trained extensively in Grotowski-based theatre for four years. His performance background spans contemporary dance, Suzuki actor training, gymnastics, ashtanga yoga, martial arts, and modern clown with Paolo Nani, as well as intensives with Cirque Éloize.

Before relocating to Australia, Alex built a solid career in Colombia, working across numerous film, television, and theatre productions. His extensive experience in the Colombian industry has shaped his versatile and grounded approach to character and storytelling.

In Australia, he has performed in a range of productions, including A Streetcar Named Desire with La Boite Theatre and Vikram and the Vampire with Zen Zen Zo Physical Theatre. His screen credits include Sea Patrol (TV), The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader (film), and the award-winning animated short This is Desmondo Ray—to name just a few.

With a strong foundation in physical and devised theatre, Alex brings a dynamic presence, emotional depth, and physical precision to every role, working fluently in both English and Spanish.
