Dan is an actor musician, theatre includes Made in Dagenham (Queens Theatre Hornchurch), Operation Julie (Two Welsh tours for theatr nanóg), Eye of the Storm (British Council Hong Kong), Alice In Wonderland (Liverpool Playhouse/Theatre Royal Plymouth), Our Blue Heaven and Never Lost At Home (New Wolsey Ipswich), plus ten rock and roll pantos (New Wolsey Ipswich, Finchley Arts Depot, City Varieties Leeds).

As a professional Bass player and guitarist, Dan has played in the orchestra pit for Jackie the Musical (number one tour) and productions of Charlie & the Chocolate Factory and The Wizard of Oz (Aberystwyth Arts Centre)

Dan also performed science-inspired comedy for the London Science Museum as part of Punk Science, in the museum's IMAX and at the Edinburgh Fringe and around the world for the British Council. He co-developed and presented a kids science show for Discovery called Scien-trific. He also hosted dozens of press events and driver interviews for the Ferrari Formula 1 team around the world.

Dan has appeared in several comedy horror films, including The Furred Man (Channel 4) and Love Bug (HBO Europe). The only time his family were impressed was when he played a Mariachi musician on Eastenders for three whole minutes.
