ITI’s debut at Edinburgh Fringe was in 2008, when Faulty Towers The Dining Experience played twice a day throughout August to incredible reviews and sold-out performances.
In 2015, we added our new immersive comedy Confetti & Chaos (then known as The Wedding Reception) – winning winning yet more 5* reviews.
In 2018, we opened our very own ticket and performance hub and added two more interactive shows: a debut for our bonkers new comedy, Pamela’s Palace, and for children, the wonderful Signor Baffo’s Restaurant.
And we’re back in 2019. At time of writing (January), three fabulous shows are confirmed to run throughout August at the fabulously 4-star Principal Edinburgh George Street Hotel. Bookings are open now!
So much has been written over the years that we thought we’d simply whet your appetite a little with just one 5★ review from each year of our Edinburgh Fringe appearances so far…

Returning to Edinburgh Fringe: the 5-star dining experience that has fun and mayhem bursting from the seams of a wedding dress! This totally immersive and entirely original interactive comedy features quick-fire character changes – and possibly the worst wedding reception you’ve ever been to!
Organised by the bride’s mother, this 2-hour party is full to the brim with surprises and less-than-civilised guests, with secrets spilling out as family members bust in, bust up and bust a move. It’s confetti-fuelled chaos crammed with laughs, chaos and even a meal, where audiences become guests in a classic take on an English wedding reception gone wildly wrong.
The show is an original piece devised and scripted by ITI. It features four award-winning actors in multiple roles in an immersive experience that’s as interactive as individual audience members want it to be. Find it on tour in the UK and Australia.
‘Pumped to bursting with energy, filled with hilarity and a riot of epic proportions, it is impossible not to fall madly in love with this immersive event.’
