Interactive Theatre Australia is a Professional Theatre Company based
in Brisbane Australia, and founded in 1997. Interactive Theatre as a concept
removes the boundaries normally associated with theatrical performance:
we are not limited to the traditional stage of mainhouse theatre; and whilst
some scripting is involved, a great deal of the performance is improvised,
bouncing off ideas offered by audience members.
ITA works in 4 main arenas:
- Providing Interactive Performances for Corporate and Private Functions
- Providing Interactive Theatre Shows for Venues
- Utilising skills of ITA actors for training and team-building within
Corporations
- Providing specially devised characters and routines for one-off
and special occasions
