IWPL launched “Faulty Towers The Dining Experience” in Europe at the Edinburgh Festival 2008. Since then IWPL's show has gained national and international exposure based on a substantive PR campaign managed from Europe, which considerably raised their profile. It wins 5 star critical and public acclaim globally. IWPL has a genuine commercial interest to protect. IWPL and flying monkey have successfully taken and will continue to take legal action when or if another company brands a similar show closely styled relative to IWPL's long running show in such a way that any innocent party wishing to book/commission IWPL’s services or purchase tickets for a show could be misled into thinking that the two outfits were one and the same. Competitors should undertake not to in any way shape or form give the impression or otherwise suggest that they are in any way related to IWPL. In order to clearly demarcate the position between another company and IWPL all promotional communication for venues and other companies be it written, advertised and/or on websites now and in the future should make it clear to customers, to the general public at large and to venues that their event and any other similar event in the future is not the same as IWPL’s “Faulty Towers The Dining Experience”.
