The Radisson Blu Edwardian Bloomsbury Street Hotel is a fabulous 4* hotel near to Tottenham Court Road tube station, the British Museum and Oxford Street shopping. It’s a marvellous space allowing us great creative flexibility – as well as six performances a week. Gift vouchers and group rates are available.

We have played in London since 2009, opening year-round performances from 2012. The show ranks consistently high in TripAdvisor’s top London Theatre listings and holds TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence for 2015, 2016 and 2017.

Encore Tickets is our long-term partner in managing trade clients, including airlines, tour operators, coach operators and group organisers, whether from the UK or overseas. From central London and online shops, it also sells direct to audiences.

Show low-down…

When the audience become diners in the ‘Faulty Towers’ restaurant and are served by Basil, Sybil and Manuel, pretty much anything can happen – especially so because only a third of the show is scripted; the rest is improvised around and with the audience. The fun starts as guests wait to be seated, then hurtles along in a tour de force of shambolic service: ‘Laugh till you cry through two riotous hours of food, wine and impeccable comic timing’(The Great Aussie Bite, Sydney Opera House).

Devised and produced by ITI, Faulty Towers The Dining Experience was born in 1997 and has since been seen by over half a million people. It is a fully immersive, highly improvised and site-specific piece of comedy theatre that continues to be acclaimed around the world by audiences and critics alike. The show now has nine teams of cast touring the world virtually non-stop. The show uses its own original script: the TV scripts written by John Cleese and Connie Booth are not used in this production.

‘An experience not to be missed’ City Nomads, Raffles Singapore
‘Completely crazy and very, very funny!’ Mikael Qvist Rørsted, Director, Værket Theatre, Denmark

‘Hilarious… catch it before it leaves’ Best of Toronto, Sony Centre for the Performing Arts
‘If laughter is indeed the best medicine then the show should be sponsored by Medicare.’ InDaily, Adelaide

Confetti & Chaos

Packing 5-star reviews from Edinburgh Fringe and from tours in the UK and Australia, Confetti & Chaos is a totally immersive and highly improvised, Confetti & Chaos is a 2-hour theatrical dining experience that invites audiences to become guests at a very surprise, not-so-civilised wedding reception.

The Show

Cue gatecrashers, misbehaving family members, and secrets better left in the closet! Perfect for the curious, the celebrating, or anyone looking for a fun night out, Confetti & Chaos features four performers playing nine characters in a whirlwind of laughter, love and tears – plus there’s a 3-course meal, and maybe even some dancing!

Faulty Towers A One Night Stand

This all-new one-hour special can be tailored to any individual event by the client, whether corporate or private. Featuring Basil, Sybil and Manuel, what could possibly go wrong??

The Show
Don’t mention the aWARds!

Inspired by Faulty Towers The Dining Experience, this interactive one-hour show is an awards ceremony with a difference. Featuring Basil as master of ceremonies, with Manuel his glamorous assistant and Sybil their diligent manager, the show is full of mishaps and miscommunications as individual guests become part of the production, while other guests enjoy star performances by their friends under Basil Faulty’s ‘guidance’.

Tailor-made to and for private events, it’s as good for parties and celebrations as it is for corporate events.

Marquees, hotels, conference rooms, theatres, stadiums…

This show can be adapted for small or large audiences and performed in a huge variety of spaces – all we need is a PA and microphone access. It can be presented as one full hour or three 20-minute set pieces over a period of two hours.

Catering is at the discretion of the client.
